General Manager of The Grand
● 10,000 residents in a 45 plus community, oversaw the Café, 350 bar events a year, breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant on the golf course and outside catering to the community.
● Trained all new General Managers for the company. Forecasting, budgets, PNL, training for other managers, payroll for 150 plus employees. Scheduling for all FOH and BOH. Worked side-by-side with Executive Chef, creating recipes and helping with maintaining the kitchen.
● Client retention and growth outside community.
In the last 20 years I have been a trainer, educator and mentor to my teams. Guests and guests experience is my passion.
