I have been working in the Customer Service Industry in many different roles for 7 years as a server, a bartender, party manager, coach, barista, and more. I'm currently working as a Patient Care Technician with hopes of breaking in to the field of tech as a Data Analyst. I have experience in SQL, Excel, and python. I'm hard-working, personable, detail-oriented, and compassionate. Nothing slips through the cracks on my watch.

In my time in the customer service industry I've worked as a server, bartender, and barista. All of these jobs require attention to detail, stellar customer service, and an ability to handle multiple tasks at once while remaining calm. As a party manager, I helped customers over the phone and in person, scheduling their parties, working with third parties for food, and handling cash and credit card information.

As a coach I was in charge of anywhere from 12 to 22 kids, making sure schedules were followed, communicating with parents about their children's progress, and revamping the curriculum as a whole. My time spent as a Patient Care Technician has been filled with high stress situations that have required me to think quickly and critically to deliver the best patient care possible. In this role, I have also worked side by side with our dialysis department to monitor patients, stock supplies, and keep inventory.

My most recent education was with Three Star Medical in their Certified Nursing Assistant course where I learned the foundations of patient care.

I received my Bachelor's degree in History from Lubbock Christian University in the spring of 2020.
