With more than 25 years in dentistry across private practice, government settings, and company-owned/DSO-style practices, I have developed a flexible, team-oriented approach and the ability to adapt quickly to different patient populations and workflows. I’m especially interested in joining a practice known for patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and a strong team culture, and I would value the opportunity to contribute long-term.

I have performed consistently in busy environments, averaging approximately $115K per month in a denture-focused practice and approximately $70K per month in a private, bread-and-butter general dentistry setting, both on a 4-day work week. I’m comfortable with efficient scheduling, treatment planning, and delivering high-quality care at pace.

Beyond routine associate dentistry, I enjoy mentoring clinicians and team members and can help keep more treatment in-house. I’m comfortable with more complex care, including full-mouth rehabilitation, implant-related treatment, and complex restorative cases.
