Bruce Raboy

Currently, I work as a Substitute Teacher at San Juan Unified School District, where I have been for the last ten months. I have two years of experience working in other roles, specifically in office administration, data analysis, and customer service.

I previously worked at the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) as the Membership Services Coordinator. I managed CCAPP's member services, educational programs, and managed the implementation of the Learn and Earn program for a state grant, working directly with CCAPP's legislation team in that process.

I created the initial version of CCAPP's Learn and Earn program website, relevant educational videos and courses, and directly aided customers with technical issues. I also performed data cleaning and analysis for CCAPP's membership data and processing times, creating systems that are currently used by the company.

Later on, I worked as a Staff Services Analyst at the Secretary of State's Notary Compliance section, processing legal documents such as applications and related documentation. I assisted in investigations concerning notaries public, and ensured compliance with applicable regulations. I also handled public complaints and inquiries by processing and responding in a timely and professional manner.

I have experience working with the public, assisting customers in a variety of settings, analyzing data, working on legislation, implementing state grants, and performing various administrative tasks. In addition to this experience, I bring strong skills in communication, teaching, research, and data analysis.

I am interested in working on legislation, policy proposals, and public policy initiatives where my data analysis skills and administrative expertise will drive meaningful change.
