FiOS Service Installation Technician at Frontier Communications (2017-03 – 2026-05)
Handles fiber installation by routing cable from building terminals to customer units, including running lines through conduits, closets, and support structures, while labeling and organizing connections. Manages work orders, schedules jobs, documents completion with photos, and updates customer systems daily. Also supports splicing tasks, collaborates with customers and teams, and assists in training new hires when needed.
Cable Tech at Outsource (2015-09 – 2017-03)
Pull CAT 5/6, fiber optics, stub cable, and coax to TR/IDF. Build rack and install panels according to customer specifications. Test and verify with DSX at TR/IDF to appointed locations.
Shipping and Handling at Pilot Automotive (2015-05 – 2015-09)
