I have performed mostly Front End UX Testing, Not too much Back End Database Experience, or API Testing. I do have some experience using postman some Crossbrowser/Mobile Testing.
My metrics are 90/10, 90% manual, 10% automation. I am a self starter, I have experience working on both web-based programs and client-server applications. I work with testing tools like Zephyr, Browserstack, testrail, and Selenium I use Jira throughout the testing cycle, and I house my test case in with Excel or Zephyr., I've taken various programs on Software Testing to continue to enhance my skills.
Environments -As far as methodologies, I am aware of the Iterative, Waterfall However, I have worked on projects with all agile environments.
For testing prep, I can write test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
Meetings - Most recently working in Agile environments, I attend sprint planning meetings, daily stand-up meetings, scrum of scrum meetings, sprint review meetings and sprint retrospective meetings.
Testing - For testing experience, I’ve performed smoke testing, functional testing, UAT, regression testing, positive and negative testing, and smoke testing to name a few.
Bug Lifecycle - When detecting bugs and defects, either my team or myself work closely with the developers to resolve, retest, and to release the new feature or update. In some cases, solution meetings help to resolve defects, which I attend.
Education/Conclusion - I have over 5 years in the Saas industry. I’m originally from New York. I love working as a tester. It’s been a great space to be exposed to tech innovation daily.
