I oversee the cemetery records for the City of Corsicana. This role encompasses the sale of burial plots, conducting burials, permitting monuments, addressing issues of non-compliance with the City of Corsicana's rules and regulations, responding to citizens' inquiries, and reconciling the City of Corsicana Cemetery Database. I prepare monthly reports that outline the revenue generated and the services provided, as well as file Cemetery Deeds with the County.
I have located lost loved ones with the help of records and family recollections. I have created and updated paperwork needed to facilitate burials, permission for burials, and rights of sepulcher. Including creating templates and packets that can be used by coworkers to further assist the public while I am attending to other duties.
