• Using hand tools (90 Grinder) to remove burrs from rotor Body & Wedges Or Retaining ring including test rings
• Prepare all clean Parts that have been completed from Washing and NDE to transfer by forklift to designated area.
• Check area of safety before start of shift, receive work order address appropriate PPE for task.

CNC Machinist at Scott Safety 3M (2019-06 – 2023-04)

• Check around Makino Machinery at start of shift for safety hazards, Warm up Spindle if cycle isn't already running.
• Prepare Raw material to work station as needed, check 100% parts that are complete to verify measurements are according to Blue prints known as audits through out the shift to maintain that all parts are correct.
