I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Movement Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago in December 2007. This academic foundation provided a deep understanding of human movement, anatomy, and exercise physiology, which served as a strong basis for my career in aquatics, coaching, and physical therapy.
