I am a Musical Theatre performer with a BFA from Sam Houston State University in Musical Theatre. I have experience in music direction and teaching young students as well as working in barista, retail, office, and even managerial positions!

• Rue21: I performed exceptional customer service as I assisted customers find and purchase clothing items. Exercised sales tactics to improve item sales of clothing and fragrances. I handled various monies as well as assisted with nightly deposits. I folded, hung, and processed various clothing items as well as performed cleaning duties such as: sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Sally Beauty: Delivered exceptional customer service as I assisted customers with their haircare and other beauty supply needs. I opened and closed the store when I worked, handled various monies, and prepared and delivered deposits. I assisted in managerial duties such as schedule changing, standing in for meetings, and ensuring tills were balanced.

  I also performed various cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, and setting up promotional product tables.

• Maurice’s: Delivered exceptional customer service as I assisted customers find and purchase clothing items. I opened and closed the store when I worked, handled various monies, and prepared and delivered deposits. I assisted in managerial duties such as schedule changing, standing in for meetings, ensuring tills were balanced, and handling difficult customers.

  I ensured the execution of various cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, and setting up promotional product tables. Occasionally, handled difficult scenarios between associates. Executed professionalism until the closing of the store in the Huntsville location. 

• SHSU Student Assistant: Delivered exceptional and helpful customer and client relations both in person as well as over the phone.

  Transferred calls, performed clerical duties, assisted in office requests for various errands, scheduled appointments and interviews, made copies, and completed daily tasks on Microsoft Teams. 

• Palace Theater: Greeted children every morning and crafted a supportive learning environment meant to encourage young artists. Completed daily music lessons and other educational experiences. Put together musicals within a short time frame and supported children to excel in the arts.

  Communicated with parents and handled difficult situations with children, often. Reported to Palace Youth Theatre directors daily to ensure clear and effective communication and policies were implemented. Also held rehearsals for other contracted music direction positions for main stage shows.

  Effectively managed rehearsal with casts of 50+ youth performers of all ages. Helped performers develop a successful show in a musical sense upon final performance. 

• Starbucks: Delivered exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food/coffee shop setting. Effectively executed floor plans and crafted delicious beverages and food products in a timely manner.

  Assisted in store cleaning processes including: sweeping, mopping, cleaning of espresso bar machinery, cleaning of workplace area(s), and supported team members.
