He received an undergraduate degree in petroleum land management from the University of Oklahoma in 1983, but he graduated at a time when the industry was depressed and worked in other fields before deciding to go to law school. Given the success he has achieved as a plaintiff’s attorney, he considers that decision to be one of the best he has ever made.
Cain prides himself on working long hours on behalf of his clients, but when he does have spare time, he enjoys boating, water skiing, golfing, snow skiing, and taking family vacations.
