My current role, bartender at Cache Creek Casino Resort was found after needing to re-invent myself after leaving my General Manager role in San Mateo with California Pizza Kitchen. At CPK San Mateo I rebuilt standards that had been lost, focused heavily on teamwork, culture and knowledge.
Developing teams and striving for excellence in both BOH/FOH operations is equally important and I drive myself for the goal to reach success and I take great pride in that.
