I'm a tenacious IT student with a strong interest in providing technical support and delivering positive user experiences. I have hands-on experience with basic hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts/fundamentals, and ticketing systems. I also have some experience working with Active Directory in my own Home-lab.

Working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, where it's essential to communicate is where I best thrive in. I am actively seeking an entry-level Help Desk or IT Support role to continuously build and refine my skills through real world situations.
