I have been in customer service for over 20 years. I have worked in a fast pace environment along with dealing with the daily tasks of customers needs. Im familiar with with with Microsoft Word and phone services. Being a manager and supervisor of a 12 person team I enjoy helping people.

I have a high school diploma. In my general education four years at Columbia college.
