I am a restaurant consultant in the Philly area – I specialize in opening restaurants from the ground up.
I have been opening restaurants for 5 years now. my most relevant experience is when I took over as a wedding planner for the Marriot suites in Bala Cynwyd where I was also heading a project for BE hospitality (opening the restaurants Landing and Lark) – I was not only in charge of the day to day operations that entailed when we opened the restaurants but I was also in charge of all of the weddings and on site events that took place while I was the opening consultant there. I was essentially training their long term general manager and events planner.
i have a masters degree in public health and a bachelors degree in public health with a minor and concentrate in tourism
