I have been an RN for 24 years. Most of my experience is with IRA programs, being the RN Supervisor. I was on- call 24/7 and I'm a fierce advocate for the developmentally disabled. I'm very familiar with OPWDD regs. I also have experience in med/surg, ER and have been a Charge Nurse in an 80-bed SNF.
