Looking for a jobSpeech Language Pathologist

About

I began my career as a school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) before pursuing my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. During graduate school, I gained experience working with adults in a skilled nursing facility, treating communication and swallowing disorders. I am now a school-based SLP and hope to continue expanding my experience by working PRN in outpatient, skilled nursing, or other clinical settings a couple of evenings per week.

I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve communication and quality of life!

Experience

My experience includes two years as a school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, working with over 50 students, as well as clinical experience with pediatric neurodiverse clients and adults in a skilled nursing facility. My background includes speech and language assessments, AAC, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. I value individualized, person-centered care and collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful communication and improved quality of life.

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2023 and my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana University South Bend in 2026. Throughout graduate school, I completed clinical rotations at Mishawaka Schools, Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation, and The Logan Center, gaining experience working with pediatric and adult populations. These experiences strengthened my knowledge of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders and prepared me to provide individualized, evidence-based care across the lifespan.
