Carlos Capellan

25 years of work experience in educational settings has awarded me with a lifetime of lessons and skills, both technical and adaptive. I am a people person who is driven, dedicated, and committed to the tasks I am working to achieve. Through my work in education, I have learned to lead others with care, support, and accountability.

I see my people as we climb the mountain of success, side by side. At a young age, I became a strategic thinker, a trait that I credit to being a chess player. I have been able to apply that skill to the work that I do and has helped me to achieve many accomplishments.

As an optimist, I am always looking for ways to ensure that the communities that I am a part of feel together, successful, happy, and whole.
