Reading and understanding SAP reports and using this to execute and focus on the problems within the inventory.
Maintaining communication with my team, on what needs to be done and how to get it done.
Prepare projects for employees relating to the inventory.
Planning ahead for every week both in the pharmacy and the front end of the store.
Ordering the product that is either out of stock or soon to be out of stock.
Having a good idea of the trend analysis in the store, on what is selling, how is it selling, and executing on how we can continue to push that product for a larger number of sales in the future.
