I have experience in Diplomatic Security, Coaching / Training, and Restaurant Operations.
I was in charge of supervising the U.S. Embassy's 430 employees and training in broad topics, such as self-defence, security protocols and work regulations. I implemented a new employee evaluation system that led to an annual rating for each employee. I was also responsible for enforcing the US embassy mission and strategies that are key to protecting the embassy and its employees. I was in charge of defending the Embassy’s mission and 64-acre compound and more than 50 diplomats’ residences.
Most of my Education is based on Security Management and leadership as well as coaching and training.
