I am a health and wellness professional with a 25 year career in healthcare, education, wellness, and fitness. I have a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and Wellness Education, and will be earning a Graduate Certificate program as a Public Health Generalist in May 2025, with a goal of earning a DrPH in Public Health to follow. I have a commitment, clear vision, and passion for, and vast experience in, this field, and am grateful for all the opportunities I've had, and those to come.
