I’m Carmen Medina, a triathlon coach with a strong background in both competitive racing and athlete development. As a two-time Chilean Triathlon National Champion, I use my experience to create tailored training programs that help athletes of all levels reach their goals. Whether coaching in person or online, I focus on building endurance, strength, and race strategy, while offering support and guidance throughout each athlete’s journey.
