I am a sponge for learning and a seasoned (49 years) Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about helping others and giving back. I also am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Radiologic Technologist.
I am a proud mother of two grown children. I am a fierce competitor and have completed 7 full Ironman Races, most recently at the World Ironman Championships in Hawaii. In addition, I've done 38 marathons and multiple smaller triathlons and endurance events.
I love life and am eager to continue my career. My areas of expertise are sports medicine, trauma, and total joints.
