Over the past 20 years, I’ve managed product operations, customer success, and implementation projects, primarily in the EdTech space. I’ve coordinated teams across product, marketing and operations to ensure successful launches and client adoption. I’ve developed and optimized processes, led scheduling and logistics operations, managed budgets and project plans, and implemented customer experience programs that drove retention and growth.
