Non-Licensed Caregiver | Creative Ex-Teacher

I currently run an e-commerce business focused on designing and manufacturing adult clothing protectors, inspired by my experience as a family caregiver. With a background in teaching and homeschooling, I am now seeking non-licensed caregiver opportunities where I can provide compassionate support and practical assistance to individuals or families in need.
I’ve worn many hats: 5th grade teacher (herding preteens and launching science experiments), homeschool mom (from long division to job applications), and primary caregiver for my mother. Along the way, I’ve mastered patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to just about anything. I believe a great caregiver match is as much about personality as it is about skills, and I thrive in roles where my creativity and flexible approach can shine.
If you’re looking for someone who brings heart, humor, and adaptability to every day, I might just be your perfect fit.
While I believe that nearly six decades of real-life learning have been my best education, I hold a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University. I taught 5th grade for six years in Round Rock, TX and homeschooled my son from third grade through graduation. I've built both retail and e-commerce businesses. I was a realtor in Flagler County for 15 years.
