My lived experience navigating complex systems has deepened my empathy and strengthened my ability to help others problem-solve, navigate challenges, and connect with meaningful resources. I've seen how powerful it is to show up with intention, patience, and understanding.

In addition to direct support work, I've mentored and trained others, and I value creating environments where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered. These experiences has led me to pursue my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Rural Mental Health.
