I lead upbeat, inclusive classes that prioritize safe movement, clear cueing, and a supportive community vibe for all fitness levels. I'm committed to helping participants build confidence, improve mobility, and stay motivated through fun, music-driven workouts.
Through my experience teaching salsa and merengue, I developed strong skills in leading groups, demonstrating dance techniques, creating an encouraging learning environment, and motivating participants of various ages and skill levels. I enjoy helping people build confidence, stay active, and have fun while learning new movements.
