Gained strong customer service and communication skills by assisting customers with questions and concerns. Customers would often ask about menu items, ingredients, or how certain items were prepared. Made sure to listen attentively to their questions and provide clear and helpful information.
When did not know the answer to the question, understood the importance of being honest and confirming the information by asking a manager for assistance. This strengthened communication with people from diverse backgrounds, maintained patience and professionalism, and ensured customers felt heard and supported.
