I have over ten years of experience in data processing. I started as primarily customer service working regularly with Excel to create customer usage and billing reports. I have used advanced Excel functions such as VLookups and Pivot Tables.
I had the opportunity to assist with a software transition helping to create user templates. Additionally, I have strong project management skills and work well either with a group or on my own. In addition to my work with data processing, I have worked heavily with postal and mailing for my company.
