In my previous role as a lawyer at Kyndryl, I supported the Corporate Secretary's Office in addition to the Treasury function. In that capacity, I assisted with, among other things, several matters related to corporate governance, the preparation of periodic filings and Section 16 reports and assisted the treasury team with implementing an internal hedging program and fielded "Know Your Customer" requests.
