I have over 25 years of mortgage lending experience from loan processing, underwriting, management and sales. I’m very loyal, highly organized and can handle a large pipeline with ease.
I have over 25 years of experience in mortgage lending with full working knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines along with the ability to run and comprehend DU, LP and GUS findings. My career experience spans from, loan processing, underwriting, management, sales, and marketing. I'm highly proficient in Encompass and can handle a very heavy caseload.
I'm also proficient with MS Office applications and web based technologies. I'm extremely organized, highly focused, have a strong work ethic and I'm results driven in meeting complex time constraints.
