Highly motivated medical technologist with ASCP certification and a bachelor’s degree in clinical biology/medical technology from a NAACLS accredited program at Barry University; in search of a full-time general supervisor position.
-Ensure all policies and procedures are being observed by all personnel on a daily basis
-Evaluate work in progress, assist and advise technical staff on procedures, and result interpretation.
-Review completed work for professional adequacy, and discuss findings with personnel as necessary.
-Perform performance evaluations for all staff members.
-Review all Levy Jennings charts for screening and confirmation testing, noting any shifts and trends.
-Perform all CAP, Pennsylvania, and split sample testing with stellar performance.
-Successfully completed the COLA inspection process in July of 2021 with only 2 minor deficiencies noted, and swiftly rectified.
Bachelor of Science in Clinical Biology
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from a NAACLS accredited Medical Technology program.
