I am a dental assistant by tria. I worked in children’s dentistry for a year specializing in orthodontics and X-ray. I worked for blue cross and blushield for two years as a customer representative, helping with understand benefits and adjusting claims.
I was a server for Dennys for 3 years. I am currently a customer connection team member SME for General Motors through Teleperformance where I help other advisor in the chat while taking calls and troubleshooting technical issues with the members.
I attended high school at Iraan highschool in Iraan tx where I graduated with a 3.0 gpa. I then attended the College of Healthcare Professional in Houston to obtain my Registered Dental Assistant certification.
