I am new to Oologah and moved my Family from Tulsa to Oologah for the schools. I left my job of 17 years with AT&T to be home with my kids whom are 4 and 10. My Husband and I are wanting to purchase a home so now I'm ready to go back to work.
I have 22 years experience in call center, phone work, technical support, supervisor roles and worked with new hires. I'm a fast learner and love to not only meet new people but work with a Team/ independently. I dont need supervision and im driven to do whats best for the Company AND the Customer.
I will not work for a Company I don't believe in, stand by their goals or treat their Customer like Trash. I don't job hop and my biggest goal is to try new things and make a difference in my Community. I can easily navigate several programs at once, become highly efficient and Multitask.
I was selected for the Assistance Queue at AT&T DIRECTV assisting both Internal and External Customers. Managed and Supported chat rooms from 7 different call center sites. Took Escalated calls and completed clerical needs for orders or account related requests.
I have Some college but not my Degree. I am happy to take courses or certifications needed for my Career
