Works closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Grows and fosters high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
Continuously partner with Human Resources team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Stays active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Use Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, indeed and Dayforce) to identify top talent.
- Works and forms relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain updated candidate pipelines in the ATS for exempt manufacturing and dealership programs.
- Create and manage job postings tailored to the target audience.
- Ensure postings reflect employer branding and Employer of Choice initiatives.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, candidates and panel members.
- Handle all communication related to interview logistics including but not limited to partnering with our travel team to obtain travel itineraries.
- Ensure interview feedback is captured and processed efficiently.
- Foster proactive communication within your talent pool advising candidates on each step of the interview process.
- Provide weekly updates to the recruiting manager on recruitment activities
- Serve as the main point of contact for dealership-sponsored recruitment and exempt manufacturing efforts without assuming formal management duties.
