I’m a Certified Medical Assistant with strong experience in patient triage, medication refill processing, and rooming patients in fast‑paced clinical settings. In my current/previous role, I regularly assessed patient symptoms, gathered medical histories, prepared charts, and made sure providers had everything they needed for efficient visits.
I’m very comfortable handling high call volumes, documenting accurately in EHR systems, and supporting patients with clear, compassionate communication especially those who may be anxious or unsure about their symptoms or medications.
I enjoy being the first point of contact for patients and I’m confident working independently, staying organized, and prioritizing care needs. I’m now looking for a remote medical assistant role where I can use my triage and care‑coordination skills to support patients from home while still playing an important part on a clinical team.
I have several years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, where I’ve focused on direct patient support and clinical workflow. My core responsibilities have included performing triage, processing medication refills, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and preparing patients for provider evaluations. I’m experienced with electronic health records, managing patient messages, and coordinating care between the clinical team and patients.
I’m comfortable handling fast‑paced environments, multitasking, and maintaining accuracy while supporting both providers and patients. My strengths are clear communication, compassionate patient interaction, and staying organized — skills that translate very well to remote medical assistant and clinical support roles.
My most relevant education is my Certified Medical Assistant training, where I gained a strong foundation in clinical procedures, patient care, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control, and electronic health record documentation. As part of my CMA program, I completed hands‑on clinical hours that included triage, vital signs, rooming patients, and basic laboratory tasks. I also maintain my CPR/BLS certification.
This training has directly supported the work I do in triage, medication refills, and patient support in clinical settings
