I am a HR professional who keeps an open door policy, hardworking and strives hard to continue to grow, develop and be the best HR professional I can be. I have over 14 years experience in Human Resources and pride myself on working for established and start up companies to help reach a goal. I have also done consulting for many companies to accomplish their short term goals.
My professional experience consists of a well rounded professional. I have experience in all aspects HR which includes, employee relations, benefits, coaching, onboarding, training and development, safety, team building and operations.
Although I attain a bachelor's in business management and my CP, I am continuously learning and taking HR classes as they present themselves.
