Presently a freshman at Binghamton University. Majoring in political science and minoring in spanish. I enjoy interacting with and asssting others. Have years of experience in community engagement. Proficient in excel and the spanish language. Currently looking for a summer position as a cashier or a stocking assistant.
Interested in an entry-level position. I am aware that I have much to learn, and I am looking for an opportunity that will let me build a solid professional foundation. I have been engaged in various community service oppurtunities that have fostered my presenation and problem solving skills.
That includes, but not limited, to my past roles of volutinaring to read to children at the Mastic-Moriches- Shirley community library, aiding a teacher with summer lessons for English and Italian in my home country of Malta and volunteering as a camp counselor at Wertheim Wildlife Refuge. I have also developed speaking skills and a bit of useful knolegde in finance through my engagement in clubs such Youth and Government, Economics Club and a financial literacy club at Binghamton Unviersity. Currently a finance intern at Binghamton’s history club that works to assist the club’s E-Board with allocating funds for the club and presenting to the University’s financial committee.
