First-year SDSU student that graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA that is studying Statistics B.S. Data Science currently. Prior experience in customer service, as I am currently working at Best Buy and have been for almost a year.

Skilled in customer service, efficiency, explaining products, problem solving, POS systems, and working in fast-paced team environments. Being an AP Scholar and being proactive in my current job, I have learned to work with many different people and how to accommodate their needs. I've been widely known for creating a positive and efficient environment for those surrounding me.

Responsible for assisting customers across multiple departments, including computers, televisions, mobile devices, cameras, and appliances. Process purchases, returns, exchanges, memberships, and credit card applications using POS systems. Maintain product displays, stay informed about promotions and product features, and support other team members to keep daily store operations running smoothly.

Event Committee Leader at Black Student Union (2022-01 – Present)

Helped plan and host a large annual assembly that required months of preparation, including organizing activities, coordinating with different groups, and making sure responsibilities were shared fairly and completed on time.

Colorguard Captain at Otay Ranch Colorguard (2024-01 – Present)

As Color Guard Captain, I was responsible for helping organize and host events, including an annual assembly that required months of preparation. I planned activities, coordinated with groups of people, and made sure tasks were completed efficiently while ensuring each member contributed equally.
