• Conduct preliminary feasibility studies on large-scale infrastructure investment projects of public institutions across various areas as thermal power plant, renewable energy, environment, overseas resource exploration & production, industry complex, transportation, etc.
• Participate in various policy research projects such as study on efficiency of risk sharing between public and private sectors for infrastructure investments, etc.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and Value for Money (VfM) test for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, provides technical support for the implementation
• Examine the effectiveness of restructuring plans of distressed infrastructure projects in terms of reduction of government financial burden

• Business Planning & Analysis
  • Strategic Business Planning: Rolling 3-year view of key business strategies and initiatives
  • Annual Plan: Provide details for delivering on business strategies for next year focused on growth models from introduction of new products, pricing, volume, product mix and cost savings initiatives
• Capital projects control & management: review appropriation request for capital investment projects in terms of project feasibility analysis includingfinancial evaluations and prioritize capitalprojects by strategic objectives

• Capital structure review: prepareshort-term/long-term cash flow forecast including analysis of working capital changes, capital purchaseplans, tax effective repatriation structure, fundingoptions and currencyimplications
• Cash flow management: maximize excess cash investment yield while meeting liquidity needs to fund capital equipment purchases, dividend payments and working capital requirements
• Foreign currency exposure management: reduce local currency earningsvolatility resulting from foreign currency denominated transactions by identifying, monitoring, and managing foreign currency exposures
• Management of employee retirement funds: issuance of internal funds investment guidance, evaluation of external funds providers and allocation of the funds based on the performance evaluation
