My hobbies include: playing and taking care of my two French bulldogs alongside my girlfriend spending time with family, golfing, exercise and weight training, and daily activities of all kinds.
My professional experience is quite versatile. My previous work as an expert in exercise science spans from collegiate strength and conditioning to podiatry, assisted stretch therapy, patient performance specialist, and more. Really, my experiences over the years has gravitated toward general population human performance.
I even have experience working in furniture, merchandising, and manual labor. So hard work is something I value and appreciate.
