Driven and committed campaign and policy professional with extensive experience leading legislative, advocacy, and political initiatives across labor, healthcare, higher education, telecommunications, and more. I build coalitions, mentor emerging leaders, and design programs that empower activists/organizations to affect change.
As an advocate, I have championed initiatives that expand opportunity and deliver tangible benefits for both workers and the organizations that serve them.
As a strategist, I am thoughtful, intentional, and creative, combining my experiences in policy, campaign management, coalition building, and training to deliver measurable impact while strengthening the capacity of the organizations I work with.
I’m a campaign and government affairs professional with experience leading legislative, political, and advocacy initiatives across labor, healthcare, telecommunications, and higher education. In my current role with the Communications Workers of America, I manage multi-state policy and regulatory campaigns, build coalitions with labor and community partners, and work closely with lawmakers and agencies to advance worker-centered policy priorities. Previously, at Grassroots Analytics, I advised more than 150 political and advocacy clients on fundraising strategy and data-driven decision-making, and earlier with the National Democratic Training Committee I helped launch and run national training programs that developed the next generation of campaign staff and leaders.
Across my roles, I focus on building strong partnerships, mentoring emerging leaders, and designing campaigns and programs that create durable capacity while delivering concrete policy and political results.
