• Research funding opportunities from public, nonprofit, and private sources and develop detailed funding strategies aligned with the missions and priorities of clients.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and project teams to develop compelling concepts for proposals that stand out and meet funder guidelines. 
• Advise clients on trends and best practices in grant development and management, and put project management systems in place to streamline the end-to-end process of securing funding. 
• Won $150k+ for clients over the past 12 months by writing compelling grant proposals that align with funder requirements.
• Nurture relationships with funders and provide timely reporting to ensure successful long-term funding outcomes.

Owner / Founder

• Grew boutique studio to 110 members post-pandemic by establishing internal sales systems based on SOPs, software integrations, and staff training, and put systems in place to allow the business to run without my oversight.
• Developed accredited 250-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, and trained, mentored and certified over 52 teachers over a 5-year period.
• Managed and mentored staff of 12 teachers who earned consistently high scores in member surveys.

Marketing Specialist

• Provided a range of marketing services to support the 123Signup and eFit Financial software brands, including branding, video production, email marketing campaigns, and website management. 
• Collaborated with company leaders, sales representatives, designers, and analysts in developing messaging and strategies to drive new leads, and nurture existing leads.

Communications & Grants Consultant

• Secured $1.6 million in national grant funding over 2 years by developing compelling grant proposals and strengthening funder relationships.
• Managed post-award grant process to ensure timely reporting to funder requirements.
• Elevated event participation by 35% through an integrated communications strategy that included branding, media relations, social media, email marketing, and website content development.
• Expanded email marketing reach by 4000 members (half of total membership) within 18 months after initiating e-marketing strategy.

Event Manager

• Managed events program with annual budget of $700,000, and regularly reported to the Board of Directors and CEO. 
• Directed volunteer committees to offer members high-quality, cost-effective events.
