Completion of TN Certified Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship as of October 19, 2025.
- Perform daily machine inspections ranging from mechanical wear to hydraulic pressure monitoring
- Make general repairs in cadence with machine operations if possible, such as belt alignment/tracking, or PLC monitoring for semi-recurring issues

- Maintain tire curing press; to include applying lubricant solution inside, scrubbing Carbon Black buildup, scanning in material product, clearing machine alerts while communicating with correlating departments (i.e. Mold & Bladder replacement team, Maintenance, etc.)
- Monitor Production and make independent decisions to benefit increased production count
- Monitor Applicable NonConformity occurrences, and make intuitive setting adjustments to prevent future NCFs
- Input new settings for new mold specifications and replacements
- Work in tandem with Line Leader to coordinate and supervise base machine operators (in regards to production as well as breaking out team)
