Christina Faraci

I am a senior Sport and Recreation Management major at Temple University with a passion for creating meaningful experiences in athletics and community recreation. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in areas such as event operations, program development, facility management, and fan engagement. I enjoy bringing energy and creativity to every project, whether it involves supporting athletes, promoting programs, or contributing to a team environment.

I am driven by opportunities to help organizations grow through thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and intentional communication. My goal is to create experiences that leave a lasting impact on participants, fans, or the community as a whole. Ultimately, I aspire to become an Athletic Director who inspires others and guides the development of successful programs.

I am a Sport and Recreation Management student at Temple University with hands-on experience in athletic communications, operations, facilities, and marketing. Through my internship with the Elms College Athletic Department, I have developed skills in sports writing, creating social media graphics, managing website content using PrestoSports, and supporting game-day operations. I have also worked in campus recreation and athletic operations at Temple, assisting with event management, facility supervision, and fan engagement.

Additionally, I gained professional sports marketing experience as a Promotions Assistant with the Philadelphia Flyers. Across all of my roles, I have built strong communication, organizational, and sports administration skills while developing a well-rounded foundation in athletic management.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management with a concentration in Governance and Policy at Temple University, where I am expected to graduate in Sping 2026, but I received my degree in Fall 2025. Through my coursework in the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management, I have developed a strong foundation in sport governance, policy development, administration, and leadership, preparing me for a career in athletic operations and sport management.
