- Oversee Adult Mental Health Programs including- MRO group home, Community Integrations, Housing for Problem Sexual Behavior referrals, Young Adult Group Home as well as Supported Housing Program
- Fiscal oversight of Residential Programs

Responsible for Bridgeport, New Haven, Waterbury, Danbury, Torrington Supportive Housing for Families offices. Overseeing DOH vouchers and intensive Case Management Supports to Families with DCF involvement.
- Work in collaboration with Department of Children and Families to support families with DCF involvement to obtain/sustain stable housing, employment, and treatment services serving as barriers to reunifying with children or keeping family system intact
- Operational oversight to ensure caseloads in all regions remained at capacity
- Working in collaboration with Housing Inspectors, landlords, to support families in obtaining stable housing
- Completing all paperwork for HUD to support families in obtaining Project based, or Section 8 Vouchers to aid families in housing retention

Oversight of a Permanent Supportive Housing Program for single families identified through the CAN with 7 beds specifically identified for Veterans. Oversight of Homeworks, a program in collaboration with City of Bridgeport and ABC Learning focusing on light touch Case Management to support families in Homeless Prevention, and Housing Assistance.
