• i enjoy being the first point of contact, i am very empathetic and an active listener. Having a 14 yr old daughter has taught me a lot about seeing things from, a different perspective and great at decision making especially on the spot sometimes i need to think outside the box and thankfully i have my daughter, she has taught me how to interacts with people in so many different ways, emails, chat boxes and eve4n social media i definitely know my way around a computer and have become comfortable with it, i excel in a fast p[ace environment where I can multi task and navigate different systems and dual monitors
• my time at bank of America taught me to be proactive and take charge of a conversation with a clear and understanding manner. Always a team player and i like to know what my peers are thinking as well.
• i believer i build strong customer relationships and i love the experience and want to continue to grow in my career. that's one of the many reasons I'm taking classes at post university starting in January and to obtain my bachelor's in human services. i look forward to new opportunities in the customer satisfaction field.
