In the last 10 years I have focused my career in directing major planning projects, affordable housing, assisting social services that provide vital housing and life-sustaining services. I am focused on community development planning and implementation work in Pennsylvania, New Jersey as well as throughout California.
I retain a BA degree in Geography with a minor in land use planning. Recently I have been working full-time providing full cycle HUD grant assistance managing federal grant funds. In the last 5 years, I have been providing HUD compliance training to private sector staff.
