Executive Assistant to the SVP of Retail and CEO of Nyx; Retail Planning Project Manager  Coordinated all aspects of real estate and development planning in a portfolio worth over $22M

• Managed end-to-end leasing process for mall on-site/off-site storage facilities; lead all construction team calls weekly maintaining a consistent follow up on each project, managed vendor and contractor relations, analyzed design and revision feasibility, performed cost analysis, and executed new store leases 
• Acted as chief of staff to the vice president of retail; set sales targets for 30+ US stores, provided pertinent information updates for VP to make strategic decisions; managed administrative aspects and logistics of VP’s schedule (travel, events, meetings, presentations)
• Planned and executed all event marketing material and travel logistics for the store manager leadership conference (30+ US store managers), international immersion meetings and APAC meetings (100+ international and US based L’Oreal execs)
