I am a person that is self motivated and will to give 110 % in every thing I do! Enjoy meeting new people. I am a Cary resident for 30 years. i am originally from the Chicago, IL area. I came to NC while working as a flight attendant which is where I met my husband who is currently a corporate pilot. I am looking for new employment as my previous community that I managed had sold, and my employer did not have any openings at their current communities in our area.
I have worked in the multi family industry for 20 years. Started in the leading role and continued derivation to foresee advancement, was able to secure a community management position for over 10 years. During the years, I have had the opportunity to train, onboard new associates.
Manage many team members on a daily basis. I have created yearly financial budgets, work directly with vendors, schedule renovations on a daily basis. Prior to multi family, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a flight attendant for over 12 years.
During that period, I was trained new associates onboard the aircraft’s.
Associates Degree in Telecommunications.
